Privacy policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what information ClimbHigh, Inc. (“ClimbHigh AI”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website or join the ClimbHigh AI waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have. ClimbHigh, Inc. is a Delaware corporation.

Today this website is a single page with a waitlist. When the ClimbHigh AI platform launches, we will update this policy before collecting anything new.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist, we ask for:

  • your first and last name
  • your email address
  • a social media handle, so we can see the kind of work you do
  • what best describes you (creator, educator, subject matter expert or other), and an explanation if you choose “other”
  • optionally, the type of content you create

Your name, email address, social handle and what best describes you are required to join. Content type is optional. We also record when and where you agreed to receive our emails, so we can show your consent.

If you reply to one of our emails or write to us, we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

  • Visitor counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and referring sites are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and reports in aggregate.
  • Spam protection. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile processes information about your browser and device to do this, and may store a small identifier in your browser for this purpose. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, records technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. If a sign-up fails, these logs may briefly hold the details you entered (for about 24 hours) so we can add you by hand.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not allow other companies to collect information about your activity across websites over time through our site. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal; because we don’t track you across sites, our site doesn’t change its behavior in response to it.

Update emails sent through Kit use standard tracking to show whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can block this by turning off images in your email app. The welcome email doesn’t use this tracking.

How we use your information

  • to add you to the waitlist and send you a welcome email
  • to tell you when early access opens, and to send occasional updates about what we’re building
  • to understand who is interested (for example, how many creators or educators have joined), so we build the right things
  • to reply when you contact us
  • to protect the site and form from spam and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: your request to join the waitlist (to keep your place on it); your consent, given when you join, to email you; and our legitimate interests to understand who has joined, review the work you share with us, and run and secure the site. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us run the waitlist, and only for that purpose:

  • Kit (ConvertKit LLC): stores the waitlist and sends our email updates
  • Resend: delivers the welcome email, and a notification of each sign-up (with the details you entered) to our team’s inbox
  • Vercel: hosts the website and provides visitor counts
  • Cloudflare: provides Turnstile spam protection

Our welcome email invites you to our Discord community. Joining is optional, and what you share on Discord is governed by Discord’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every email we send tells you how to stop receiving them. Update emails sent through Kit include an unsubscribe link, and you can reply “unsubscribe” to any email from us or write to constance.knight@climbhigh.ai. We remove you within 10 business days.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until 12 months after the ClimbHigh AI platform launches, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and keep your email address and a record that you unsubscribed, so we don’t contact you again; we delete the rest of your waitlist details within one month. If you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our email service and our team inboxes within one month, unless we have to keep some of it to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, or object to or restrict how we use it. California residents have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email constance.knight@climbhigh.ai. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Where your information is processed

We and our service providers are based in, or process data in, the United States. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred there. Where the law requires it, our providers use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Email us for a copy of these safeguards.

Children

The waitlist is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, contact us.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also let waitlist members know by email.
